“Canalina” jackets
“canalina” jackets are a press-forged ducts with enbloc press-forged profile for the forced circulation of the refrigerant (glycol solution – icy water – hot water) where speed and turbulence give a high thermal exchange factor, are integrant part of the cylinder, and surface in contact with the product remains unaltered, without risk of leakage or product pollution.
Studded jacket
Two stainless steel sheets joined together by resistance welding points and closed on the perimeter. The heat exchange liquid (cold water, hot water and steam) will circulate in the created cavity. studded shirt wall are single embossing: in this case the finer sheet is printed, leaving the thicker completely flat.
Insulation
Insulation is our flagship; thermal insulation in our tanks is guaranteed by injected expanded polyurethane with high insulating power (density 40 Kg / m3), and final coating in AISI 304 stainless steel, all hermetically welded to the tank.
