Wine Tank

Wine-making: : Continuous research in technological fields has enabled us to design various maceration solutions and systems, which also take into consideration certain fundamental aspects such as the area of origin, vineyards and grape varieties. We produce large and small wine-making tanks as truncated cone, slanted base on feet or skirt, manual discharge (fermenting vat) or self-emptying versions. Our wine-making systems are equipped with a PLC control panel for automatic management of pumping over, punching down, rack and return, temperature (hot/cold), micro and/or macro-oxygenation and data detection.

Cold tartaric stabilization: the wine is cooled to a given temperature and then held at this temperature thanks to fully insulated tanks. Insulation is our flagship.

Fermenters and Maturators for beer: CAI has collaborated for many years with the most important microbrewery producers. The technical excellence achieved in the production of heat exchange pockets and insulation allows us to solve the specific needs of small or large breweries.

Storage:: fundamental phase for the conservation of the precious product, we design and create “tailor-made” storage tanks ensuring optimal use of the spaces. Our range of storage tanks includes the simple conical bottom tank, the inclined flat bottom tank and the one with overlapping compartments, with the maximum possibility of choosing internal and external accessories and finishes. The tanks can be partially or totally thermo-conditioned with or without insulation. To complete the supply, when requested we create nitrogen saturation systems and loading and unloading pipes
