Mechanical extraction

Mechanical extraction is used after after racking, at the end of the fermentation phase, and enables the procedure for discharging the pomace remaining inside the tank to be completed automatically, reliably and with no need for any tiresome manual action, with evident advantages especially in the case of large vinifiers. The extractor is operated by means of appropriate controls available on the Selector control panel and safety devices are provided to make every stage of the procedure absolutely safe.

Heating, cooling and insulation

Ensuring the correct combination of heating / cooling capacity and tank insulation to heat or cool the product within the desired time period is essential to obtain a quality product. Tell us your needs and we will study for you a more efficient solution, whether this concerns a double wall dimpled, a press-forged ducts or a half pipe.

Cap sprinkling

Vertical fermentation tanks enable a traditional vinification process with cap sprinkling by means of a centrifugal or motorized sprinkler and pumping over with a stainless steel screw pump with a rubber impeller that ensures a gentle displacement of the must and an effective extraction of anthocyanins, tannins and aromatic substances.
