Cold tartaric stabilization
The wine is cooled to a predetermined temperature and kept the same thanks to fully insulated tanks. Insulation is our flagship; thermal insulation in our tanks is guaranteed by the injected expanded polyurethane with high insulating power (density 42 Kg / dm3), class 1 fire resistant, 0.023 W / mK thermal conductivity with stainless steel sheet final coating, all hermetically welded to the tank. This type of insulation leaves the insulating power of the insulation absolutely unaltered, possessing a very high thermal efficiency, as air and water infiltrations are totally absent inside the chamber, thanks to the hermetic sealing of all the insulation. Furthermore the insulation is very sturdy and resistant, remarkably compact, so it is long-lasting and facilitates the movement of the tank itself, avoiding damage.
