Cylindrical Conical Tanks (FTR)
Fermenter tanks with a cone-shaped bottom and torispherical lid, They are available with or without insulation. Tanks are equipped with separate cooling zones which can be individually controlled and entirely insulated, CIP tube and a sprayball. Usually the capacity of the tank is usually double compared to brewhouse. CAI’s fermentation tanks are always custom-made in order to make maximum use of the available space. As a standard, the tanks come with a hygienic finish. The cooling capacity, insulation and pressure (including static pressure) of the tanks can be adjusted according to your needs.
